After I tested on the Casio device (put the dbn in main folder), I found the performance is acceptable.

But once I put the dbn on flash disk, it is very slow.

So, the issue should be on flash disk.

I don't think we can improve it much.

 

My suggestion is to place the dbn in main memory and back up the important tables into flash disk when they are changed.
